Return Process

  Securely pack the unused BBQ or accessory in its original box, ensuring all manuals, tools, and hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Joes

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our central warehouse for inspection.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
